Day 43: Lunch is served

Prepared Eli's favourite Cod fish in dark soy sauce with egg tofu again today and a bowl of ABC soup to go along with it

Tail section of the Cod Fish for lesser bones
Chopped Carrots and Corn
Some Lean meat
Garlic to add some flavour
Slow boil

Lunch is served!
